I'm really glad it's Super Amoled as it's my favorite type of display. Wish my laptop had that.
Best and most accurate colors once correctly calibrated. Lovely blacks.
Too bad the phone is 5.5 in. Would never buy it. I used 5.5 and won't go back to them. 5.2 is max, and even then, the bezels have to be thin.

Display mate has given the Samsung super amoled the best rating in accuracy,color saturation, contrast, brightness,and energy efficiency.
No matter what type of matrix is being used ,it is enough for all that they are best of kind.

Anonymous, 15 Jun 2016Pentile? FuuuuuIf you use the RGB displays on amoleds, the blue pixels actually don't last that long so pentile with fewer blue subpixels is the way to go for now. Until they find a solution, which apparently they're not focused on right now.
