If they got out of the phone industry, alot of workers will go jobless, and Sony will have to start selling/closing down many factories and will lose alot of MONEY!

The only way I could get an HTC 10 is if I imported one individually, with all the taxes and shipping involved: it's as removed from our market as the Japan-only phones by the Japanese networks. So no, as far as this article is concerned (Brazil), HTC is in no way better than Sony.

They just need to follow up the market trend and set up new standards. I believe apple is just doing the same thing. Don't copy just follow and do it in your own way

Guess even Android can't save a manufacturer like Sony or HTC.
Though Nokia had Windows phones, remember they also had Android, Symbian and Meego OS phones in the market at the same time. Neither could compete with Apple, Samsung or other cheap manufacturers.

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2016Premium but with shitty quality control And horrendous after sales service. Got an unluckily factory defect phone? Just pray for a replacement (even if still under warranty). Best solution: got the defect phone into their service centre, wait for God knows how long, threathen them to be exposed in social media and local newspaper, wait (again) for their response.

Maufacture in japan! Nothing will ever beat *MADE IN JAPAN* although id have to sell everything ive ever known and owned to buy even the cheapest product.
