Removable battery takes more space than non-removable battery. So the end result is you'd have a smaller battery for the minority who want a removable battery.
I'd rather they invested in ways to prevent it deteriorating. Like qnovo, or what some other brands are doing. At the moment you can use the same battery for 3/4 years and only be a little inconvenienced, especially when a non removable battery allows it to be bigger too. So if qnovo can double that to 6/8 years, which is long enough for even people like you to realise their phone is outdated, then obviously that's the way to go.
8 years ago from now was when even the first iPhone was nowhere to be seen, and the first decent android phones were still a long way away. And also, the sd801 is barely two years old and its starting to stutter and struggle with the most intensive games. Next year there will be games its not even worth trying to play on. And phones will also be able to play the GameCube emulator and stuff. At the moment I agree its not really worth upgrading your phone every two years for most, but every 3/4 years it still is, and there are plenty of things your older phone won't be able to do.

Even for intensive usage, you'd still only be using one charge a day, most times with moderate usage you'd probably only use 50% or so. All in all, a standard battery loses 15% every two years.
If your phones are deteriorating as fast as you claim they are, then if its not a cheap battery, you would have to be charging it like 3 times a day.

came to see how many of them posted they want removable battery when that feature has been dead for over 2 years now. Also came to see how many samsung non users are complaining about lag in touch wiz .. LOL ... guys please use latest samsung devices (From S6 and up) .. the toned down version is probably the best out there right now given the features samsung adds in touchwiz and its smooth as milk and no lags !!

If qnovo tech and stuff actually work and are implemented, then we would see it last twice as long so you'd only lose 15% in 4 years.

you kid, just use the phone for selfies, and social apps...

And there isn't only the 64GB version, there are 128GB and 256GB options. If you need more storage memory extension, use USB-on-the-go. For what is needed removable battery if the battery of Galaxy Note 7 is of 4000mh? Will not be enough? Even used intensively you can use it without problems for 3 years at least.
