NVIDIA announces GeForce GTX 1060 for $249

NVIDIA has announced the successor to the GTX 960 of last year and the latest in the new 10-series, the GeForce GTX 1060. This will be NVIDIA's latest bang-for-the-buck card and will compete with AMD's recently announced RX 480 in the mainstream segment.

sounds good, especially the price. If it can perform as well as the specs say it does, then it should easily beat the GTX980ti and i'll go for it.

HDMI 1.4 was designed for 1900*1080p, for that purpose theorycally only DVI is capable of 4k at 60 fps which implies HDMI is not designed to do deliver require 90fps at 2*720square for VR
