The ASUS Zenfone 3 combines elegance and style with the brilliance of technology. 4 axis OIS cancels out hand movements and gives sharp and crisp pictures. Fabulous phone I used samsung galaxy edge7 but this phone is killer design and light weight. The camera is much better than s7 edgr

Jens, 15 Jul 2016Great help for "all of us"? You are the only one who is hij... moreHaha, are you a cousin or something who's making Asus ? Anyways thanks for believing that I have hijacked this article :)
I am in favour of no chinese or american or taiwanese here. It's completely fine that you have different opinion than mine. But I think this time OnePlus has gotten ridden of 'spyware'. Can you name any, if they are still there ? And if you think they are not even enhancements then I must tell you that you are really wasting your time on Asus rather than waiting for next gen. Nexus devices because Asus hasn't got stock android either.
It has made just a bit of enhancements (as per my opinion) just like Motorola has been doing. All other Chinese brands have taken cues from iOS, but not One Plus.
All in all, if you had paid attention to the poll 'OnePlus3: hot or not' you would have known what I am talking about ? It is known as 'value for money product'. The other device that comes close is Axon 7. But yeah that 256 GB model is cool...I give you that.

I am coming with facts rather than opinions, it's not me that are hijacking an article about a ASUS smartphone, and saying OnePlus is better.
If OxygenOS is stock as you say, why not just use stock instead of some closed source crap? Right, because it's not stock, and it's filled with spyware.
Anyway, if you already know about custom ROM's, i don't get your comments in the first place, they don't make any sense, after all, you could just use a custom ROM.

OnePlus3 has much more polished OS compared to it's previous iterations. It is getting praised everywhere for it's resemblance with stock android. It has app drawer. It has material designs all over with dark theme options and many more added features. If you are not pleased with this approach, I don't know what will make you feel good.
Please try to come with facts rather than opinion.
And yes, I have used Redmi phone so I know what that 'Chinese UI' looks & feels like.
P.S. : I am running Marshmallow courtesy of custom ROM on my 6000/- INR ($89.453 USD) device. Kudos to the developer.

Also, heard about custom ROM's? It's a way to actually get stock appearance on a lot of Android smartphones.

Anonymous, 12 Jul 2016So OnePlus brand is still a young brand !which is get nothing but praises all over the world :)
I understand that you seem to like what Asus is offering(tons of memory) but for this much price, it just doesn't feel appropriate in front of Samsung and Apple.

kinda interested in zen 3. i like to take picture, and i want some protection on the camera. OIS capable camera and sapphire glass protection on the camera is kind of sweet deal, since my current zen 2 has no camera protection (scratched it already even with greatest care) and no OIS

Somehow, I find Lenovo Zuk Z2 quite compelling regarding specs and price. Performance is yet to be seen. Could anyone share his/her experience with the device?.
