Seems while making phones they are not thinking of pocket size. To me Galaxy S and Desire HD both are bigger than they should be like HD2. Okay they got the hardware but this is really a waste! I like screen size of Nokias now.People are crazy who think bigger is better...even in case of processor and RAM. No one thinks of improving bettery life, they just demand dual-core CPUs and power hungry displays!

No AMOLED-Screens? Not even a S-LCD for the Desire HD? What a shame. You can do better than that, HTC!

Peter, 15 Sep 2010This sh!t has no 12MP cam, AMOLED or OTG like Nokia's offer... moreAgreed, same old tired looking HTC Sense interface topped off by the equally appaling android 2.2 look, this is looking such a dinosoar before it's even released. HTC and Android really need to hire some new designers for thier crooked ancient looking interfaces, i'm not discouraging Google/HTC, but the user experience is everything and icons don't cut it anymore.

You guys have missed something significant about Desire HD. This phone uses MSM8255 processor! This is NOT the same as the one used in HTC Evo. Evo uses the first gen Snapdragon, MSM8255 is the second generation Snapdragon, and just like HTC G2, it will feature the Adreno 205 GPU. So there should be a HUGE improvement in graphics performance over HTC Evo.
Once again, if you don't know Adreno 205, here's an article for you:
