its predecessor, G8 enters Indonesian market with whopping price tag while the specs is similar with Honor 5X, so G8 price is twice honor 5x price.. So, instead buying G8 I just waiting for honor 5x.. when time comes, the honor 5x enters Indonesia as Huawei GR5 with price tag more expensive $100 than honor 5x.. Huawei (in Indonesia) are stupid, here in Indonesia, their brand got bad reputation and their sales far below lenovo here, so they need a different marketing strategy to compete even with unpopular chinese brands here, but what they've done is make them worse

For those curious, the Snapdragon 625 is the 14nm successor to the older SD615/616, and also has higher core clocks and a faster GPU. I'm very curious to see benchmarks and endurance tests to see how it compares to other 5.5" devices running the older SD615/616 (Huawei's own Honor 5X being a good contender).
