Why nokia cant bring it out? I;ve been waiting for so long, and yet i have to wait much longer before it can be available here in the Philippines. In the past, Nokia held the release of n8, so their product would not be affected in the release of iPhone 4, and another rounds of delays,,,, Pre order is also not availabe here, OMG, i am very mad for nokia,

BTW: Best video and foto quality with NO ZOOM and FIX FOCUS? Get real! N8 can't have a better camera than Satio or Pixon 12, old phones already. Really, there is nothing on N8 that is NEW(except Symbian 3 lol), or BETTER than the competition (screen size and resolution, RAM, processor speed, data transfer speed or anything else).
BTW 2: most ppl I see have iPhones, I do not like it either, but that's the truth.

HOW ABOUT:
1. 12MP with Carl Zeiss lens and Xenon flash??..
2. Biggest camera sensor in any cameraphone available, even bigger than other dedicated digital cameras available in the market..
3. USB OTG.. can you give me another phone which has this feature?
4. able to provide 5.1 sorround sound via hdmi cable?
i don't think any other mobile phone today has this capabilities!!
ONLY ON THE NOKIA N8!!!

Nokia is not the only one who offers free gps. Google maps is great an loading the tiles is free if you are in your country and if you travel in Europe data roaming is chep(2 euro/Mb). Pastic cover phones do not shield the antenna from the GSM signal,like the cover of N8 will. Do not get surprised if N8 will be delayed more or killed.

-the best possible photo and video performance
-the perfect support of nokia regarding gps FREEEE maps,software
update, a real competitive service network
-the guarantee that when the user will want to sell it,will have many
clients
-all other brands:apple,samsung,sony-ericsson,htc,motorola have worse service network,poor battety,poor acustics,poor radio hardware,no FREE maps for gps,waste of money if you want to resell,nobody knows your model,how much it cost and you have to wait a lot to resell it for very few money. they don't keep at all their value on 2nd hand market. maybe iphone will catch the attention,but nokia is the king. -everyone wants a nokia and a mercedes,let's face it,but they can't afford it.
-SO I DON'T GIVE A FAC WHAT SOFTWARE IT USE. IT MAY BE EVEN S40
-if i want a cute toy with good lcd and plastic i buy samsung
-if i want to play with my fingers on the display i buy iphone
-if i want a mobile to do my work and to have a mobile for real,i buy nokia
-IF I WANT THE BEST CAMERA FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS READY FOR UNEXPECTED EVENTS,I MUST HAVE N8,ANYTHING ELSE
-SO,nokia and the rest
-ANDROID is very hard to use and ai hate it.

nokia didn't even really need to show everyone that you need a 1ghz cpu or arm a8 or even a snapdragon
to use symbian
everyone is struggling now to us their phones casuse the OS doesn't meet the hardware demand
and with nokia both are unison all the time
it might lag here and there
but the have a crap load of apps open and still be able to multitask with no problem and have great battery life and wicked reception
and amazing camera quality
no one can get to nokia with that
even though they have tried and as well
nokia is running there own OS
motorola,SE,samsung,LG,ASUS,DELL,HTC..ect they are all running android
not their own OS

Nokia today as well dropped to 8th in the Popular Brand market,so they are dropping down more,so the big shake-up at Nokia better get working fast with Meego an Symbian4 or more doom for Nokia an its All been there own Fault,an the Company does not seem to realise the Big mistakes they have been making,but never seem to like pressure an read what mistakes they are making

Why? did Nokia decide to create the N8 in the First Place,its only reason can be because the Company at last had lost its Dominance in the Mobile Market an can never withstand pressure on them,we could once see how there shares were doing be did not like to see there shares fall so removed there name from the newspapers,so glad that Apple, Htc an Samsung an Android are showing Nokia that Symbian was to slow an not as fast,so Nokia tried to upgrade to Symbian3 but we can see that Nokia are Struggling to get it ready an not fully prepared to get it up to date,an also the one reason the Vice Chairman at Nokia is going to Resign as i bet they"ve been arguing about how this companies going to get better not worse an he did not see it getting better,Why?is everything at Nokia nowdays is so slow amazes loads of people with all the money they have made from mobiles,an all the N8 is going to do is get Nokia in loads of problems because reviewers will be really analysing the mobile very much an really pull the N8 down more because of all the delays we are having,Please Grow Up Nokia or you are Doomed to fail more

to have a N900 for 300USD is amazing and it's almost like a pocket laptop
with the iphone you had to download what was already available for symbian and maemo5

Symbian hopefully stable for touch control when iphone and android phones are ahead of competition. Let's see how many of N8 sell in a week. It will be lucky for n8 if it has one day sale of iphone4 in a month. :)
