To be honest, I once imagined Sony with this design language, and I am happy to see in reality. XD

Not exactly a huge design change, really. It appears to be quite a natural evolution to keep up with the curved and 2.5d screens. This is somewhere in between both. 2.5d plus if you will.
The top and bottom bezels are still huge for no obvious reason - they had a small bottom bezel on the C4/5 so why not do it on the top tier too?
Still looks very Sony, not a bad thing. 1080p is still more than acceptable at this size too.
What will it be called? X1 or X2? They had Z then Z1 but M then M2.
