Yes I agree that iPhone 6s is faster than galaxy note 2 but note 3, note 4 and note 5 is faster than the iPhone 6s.

Did they're don't know Samsung have strong smartphone which suitable for military activities such as Samsung Galaxy S6 active and Samsung Galaxy S7 active, Samsung Galaxy S6 & Galaxy S7 ( non active type) also enough strong in hardiness such as strong in water some minutes.

Wow the ARMY really needs to fire Captain obvious and get a better Tech department.
A better choice for them would've been the Galaxy S7 Edge tho since it's got:
One of the fastest quality cameras on the market.
It's both water and dust resistant.
Has expandable memory.
A heartbeat sensor.
A large battery with that ultra power saving mode which let's the phone run for 24hrs @ 10% battery.
And oh yeah split screen support.

Maybe they should try iphone from the same year as note2, would be fun. I guess they don't know how it goes in mob8le world, even from same brand every year is different story, sony/samsung for example. The6 want multitask? Why not then exynos flagship?
