Perfect for the average phone users. $299 usd is a very good price for the quality you get with the most secure Android phone on the world.

Stick with Samsung, LG, or Nokia. Their service centers are reliable.

Well...
It looks like everybody forgot about the "collaboration" contract signed just e few months ago between TCL (the Alcatel manufacturer) and BlackBerry. The phone we can see pictured it is obviously an Alcatel Idol 4.
I guess the difference will be related to LTE bands (Idol 4 has only 4, 5, 7, 12 and 17), probably the Neon's Alcatel versions will unleash more. Anyhow, having the band 12, does not have any sense to have also the 17 one, based on the MFBI feature (700 MHz interoperability) - I guess they will ad bans 2, 3 maybe 20.
However, $350 with SD617 was great in January, at least before SD820's apparition. Nova days we can think to SD820, 821 or 823. A much better choice could be Axton 7, G4 Plus or maybe the future ZenFone 3.
