If this Phone was getting launched at $250, These Cheap losers would have still cribbed, They want everything cheap, Anyways Asia is not something they are expecting a lot from, they will be sold just fine, specially in the corporate and government places where they have a strong hold, BB would be a preferred BYOD. this price is just fine, and till it reaches India the Price will be a few thousand less and if somebody wants to get it they sure can.

I have been using Priv, and the only other Android Phone which gets quick Updates and Security patches, except the Nexus Line. these morons buy cheap phones and barely get any software updates and within a year their phone acts weird anyways what do you expect from a $200 phone.

350 is too expensive for SD617. It has to be 200 (could be 250 if it's a respected brand but it isn't now) or less to be able to compete with others. If not, the customers who really want it will buy an other phone or wait for the price to drop. I mean, even Xperia M4 Aqua with nearly the same Sd615 was way overpriced at 279...

So we have a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM. and only a 2610 mAh battery.....

For about 340 Euro you can buy a proper brand new BlackBerry powered by BB10 OS.

BlackBerry engineers have a Bible and it is written in their Bible that They should never put a bigger battery in their phones.

Oh BlackBerry. What are you doing? This is going to sell even worse than if it had BBOS10, Android fans are not idiots, they're cheap. They want the best specs they can get for cash and there are so many better Android handsets available in this price bracket or just a little bit more. I was looking forward to these new 'Berrys but not anymore. This looks cheap and tacky and should be priced around $200, it's got no USP and unfortunately the BB brand alone just doesn't sell phones anymore. They've needed to sort themselves out for a long time but I think this along with the Mercury will be the final nails in the coffin, and that's sad.

So BB still trying to sell their phones running Android? Hah! Can't they see that people are not buying them because of security reasons and the general unreliability of the OS?

Their business phones need either Windows or at least BBOS.

I don't know why BB is trying to be a Yahoo! and being ignorant of its surroundings.
The ONLY thing right about this phone is the 5.2" screen but its price of $350 [nearabouts to a OnePlus 3 price] renders it completely out of consideration.
The G4+ blows it out of the water with superior specs! #NuffSaid

Its like saying Nokia died by selling their phone business to Microsoft....
BB is not really concerned about hardware business anymore - hence the lending of brand name...

350$? With that price It should have 32gb internal memory and Snapdragon 650.

These phones won't sell because of the BlackBerry's legacy unless they come up with out of the box ideas and wow factors. I am sure VFM pricing is not something their cup of tea.
