Bezels are needed to hold a phone properly while taking pics or gaming. Otherwise the fingers cover camera or rub on the screen like with my Z3Compact.

Sony is like the Lionel Messi of mobile industry and electronic products at large, when u've got lots of potential, u should be able to deliver. I like the criticism level they get. Sony can obliterate Samsung if the the right button is pushed just like am sure 90% of Samsung fans including critics are still loyal to sony. Lets make sony great again ;)
