I am loving it. I swam for 1 hour in deep water with this band and it works smooth.
I think it over counts steps little bit . But for the money its total worth it.

have owned one for 6 weeks and have charged twice! battery life is outstanding, as I use sleep tracker, heart rate sensor and receive plenty of SMS. have had my phone on silent for as long as ive owned the Mi Band... impossible to miss vibrations on both SMS, alerts and calls with great ID display. my biggest issue is that the Do Not Disturb function cant be integrated with the phones DND. oh and you should use a screen protector, the glass is soft so it scratches and scuffs quite easily. Also don't be shocked if the band comes loose at times, it happens.

Hi! I would just like to ask how the update affected the device, I've seen a couple of videos that add a caller ID feature and text message ID feature to the band, as well as fixing some heart rate inconsistencies and extending battery life. any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

(smartphone without pedometer and also no NFC? Not that smart afterall, eh?) My main purpose for a fitness band, apart from tracking steps, is to track my calories burnt daily. Not just BMR, but also calories burnt during my workouts. The problem with online sellers of MiBand is that they'll always insist you can track calories burnt from your workouts when you ask. Not sure if it's to trick you to buy it, or they do not understand English very well....

uclid, 13 Jan 2017It is really surprising that Mi 2 band does not support Win... moreWhy should it. Xioami is a small player in the global market. Hardly anything supports windows mobile apart from a few major companies. I doubt a smaller company with no immediate plans to globalise is going to. Simply a bad investment on your end if you thought app support and Windows Mobile was a synonymous paradigm

Ive written a review of it before but I'll reiterate the points most important to me.

                                    - It doesn't calculate the BMR (calories burned to sustain you) so you will need to pair it with something that does (Google Fit)

                                    - The calorie formula is outright wrong. Its off by 300-500 calories per 10k steps. Do not take this as dogma as it can be detrimental to your health.

                                    -The heart rate is inaccurate

                                    -Can't recognise exercises automatically

                                    - Doesn't have a food log but you can always pair it to G Fit then use that data for say MFP

                                    What I like:

                                    - The battery life is stellar even with the accurate sleep tracking enabled in settings. Granted I don't have it connected via Bluetooth constantly (I turn off bluetooth on my phone), it lasts 20+ days

                                    - Band is comfortable and the quality of it and the device is well made

                                    - Can display notifications on the phone (I don't utilise this feature)

                                    - Works with smart lock on android

-PRICE. Its cheap and you cannot complain about it (Unlike the majority of the idiots reviewing the app on the play store)
