Windows 10 Anniversary Update is now rolling out

02 August, 2016
As promised, Microsoft has started the rollout of the Windows 10 Anniversary Update today. This will be going out in stages to all computers running Windows 10 (and that's more than 350 million devices as of the end of June). Because of the slow rollout, you're probably not going to see the update notification today, but it should arrive within the next few days.

In my opinion it's better to stay with win 7 or win 8.1, but not with win 10. I have tried them all and stayed with win 7 on laptop and 8.1 on desktop. All are legal versions with purchased dvds.

Still running Windows 7, only reason is the support of older games on windows 10.

I am running the fast ring and phone is definately more reliable against what it was 3 months back. It runs well and other than some apps missing, I dont see why my 950xl cannot a be a great daily driver.

The "new" dark theme is nice for my eyes, though I had it enabled once earlier months ago. The update seems to have kept everything together, my PC still works as it did before.

Does preventing device driver from auto update works now?
It's a shame we had to resort to 3rd party app to prevent Win10 driver auto update.
