I watch them from a around 60cm distance and it looks the same as tv, especially in the dark. Of course you need to wear headphones to have a better experience. If you think watching is movies the same like on 4.7" device then you're wrong. I remember days when phones were small and I used to watch lots of anime on a 2.8" device. 2.8"!!! Do you know how small is that? Because of that 5.5-6" is heaven.

Anonymous, 10 Aug 2016impossible pricingNo, its possible. Because Xiaomi only focus on China and India. L BS (Gadget reviewer on YouTube) says in Canada, Mi5 priced on 800-900$ CAD. And if Xiaomi phones expands to other country with official regulation, its will be bumping that xiaomi phones price highly.

That is a best news of the month :) But I doubt Redmi 4 with 3/32 will cost $105 (I actually doubt even 2/16 version will be so "lowcost" )

OP3 has the same battery endurance level as my 2 year old OPO and it uses optic AMOLED lol battery life should be paramount considering the fact that all major flagships have carbon copy specs nowadays. As for RAM management, hopefully Xiaomeh learned a thing or two from OnePlus' mistakes.

It is yet too early to judge which one will endure far longer when some of the Mi Note 2's specs are yet to be divulged officially; still missing are its unconfirmed screen size and undisclosed display resolution. Do not forget the differences in their Android UI with most avid OnePlus users touting its near stock Android experience. And since, this would be Xiaomi's first device to ever come with a 6GB RAM, users have yet to experience Xiaomi's RAM management for their first 6GB RAM device. But if you just needed me to judge as early as now, I must say judging by the optimizations Xiaomi brought upon their latest devices which have also been recently reviewed and rated, this upcoming Mi Note 2's battery endurance could fall anywhere between 70h to a 100h rating. It would fall not easily but roughly just

We will get a clearer picture after that. Also, since there was no launch discount or freebie offer there is no incentive for me to buy it now. I myself have been waiting for months to buy a new phone. What is another month?

will it be released this month redmi 4?

Will it affect the selling of redmi 3s?

You are killing the whole experience. If you don't have time to go to theatres then buy/rent a blu ray and watch on tv or you can use chromecast like device for that. Movie on a 6-7" screen sounds disgusting.

Xiaomi didn't forget their place, unlike Hooway. $375 for a phone like this is fair, unfortunately it'll cost much higher for people who'll be forced to import it because of regional restrictions.

You've got to be kidding me. If the Redmi 4 has SD 625 with 1080p at 5" etc etc then why am I buying a Redmi 3S Prime at around about the same price?

If the Mi Note 2 delivers higher endurance rating than OnePlus 3's 66h rating, it could justify its $375 retail price despite having different overlay. By history, its price is only going down quicker than OnePlus would discount theirs

If 3600mAh battery is true .. then, I'd be disappointed .. as Xiaomi is really focusing on battery life on almost each of their 2016 release .. then why not on Mi Note 2 .. This will be the most powerful device Xiaomi will soon produce .. then why compromise/neglect on strong battery terms ..
