Software wise it is a veey bad experience. I never trust chinese phone ever since Xiaomi ruined it for me. Why the f*** it still in top 10 list?!

what is the reason for hybrid sims.....awesome phones with nice configs...is brought down with hybrid sims...why would go for this type instead just say it is single sim phone....dont dissappoint us by giving hybrid sims....would it hurt for them to give dual sims+ memory card seperate slot
what indian people usually prefers is good processor with 3gb or more ram...atleast 16 gb internal memory + expandable memory seperate slot..FHD display...dual sim...good front and back camera...and battery atleast 3000mAh

Since than the average smartphone screen size increased significantly and Samsung failed to make the s-pen anything but a gimmick. I stand behind my statement Note 7 is just an oversized Galaxy S7 Edge with a useless stylus. This 6GB ram is just another marketing gimmick because nobody going to utilize the extra ram.

[deleted post]Samsung repair service is awful. Personal experience and from many peoples claims. I once had a Note 4 (which was replaced 15 days later and suffered from the same problems as the previous one i had, overheating and went to repair over 4 times in a period of 8 months and took a judicial action from the retailer to fix the problem), and after "repaired" several times, it only came back worse in each. Depends on the regions and place you take it and bla, bla story, yeah okay. The fact is, a company to have a sucessfull service structure needs to supply qualified and motivated employees on all branches, not just "help me in what to do" services. Fact is theyr really not good in these standards and just because you were "lucky" with a service you didnt specify as in what happened, doesnt make it a good service. And no, Apple service is simply unmatched, since they will trade your phone, refurbished or for a new one and both should obviously work minimally well. You got your opinion, i got mine and thats how the world runs. Its not fair everywhere and you get knowledge from experiences like these. If you still wont agree that theyr not perfect everywhere, thats too bad.

OnePlus actually has a good update cycle, for security and monthly improvements.
