Note 7 has been pushed back in Australia due to high demand, i work for a major telco company who are predicting a 5-6 week wait time from time of launch. WOW was not expecting such a big response from customers!

If 128gb is so abundant then why we ... moreNo, some chinese hardware is supplied from factories in Japan, Vietnam and South Korea, which are directly associated to major companies that see profit from creating long term deals, for smaller enterprises to access these controllers, cells and chips. ARM, Qualcomm, Micron, Samsung and Toshiba are some of the manufacturers in role here. The devices you say with 16/32GB of storage and 3/4GB of ram usually have a 50-60€ difference between and since they usually come with msd slots, many chinese consumers dont expect mega specifications from these devices. Not all ram and storage microchips are the same ofc, but unless they are designed for Mediatek, Qualcomm demands a certain level of quality for theyr motherboards, even if just leftovers they gotta have quality assurance. Manufacturers usually cut in internal build quality, advertisement and other governmental demands to allow cheap devices. This whole "every chinese phone is bad" theory is very fake and only deteriorates international smartphone commerce.

Tax, 11 Aug 2016In the beginning Note series had some cool and unique featu... moreThe main selling point of the Galaxy Note line was always the S Pen and the pressure sensitive display, both things that the Galaxy S7 Edge doesn't have, the original Galaxy Note had the same hardware of the Galaxy SII with slightly overclocked processor, the Galaxy Note II had the same hardware of the Galaxy S3, just 1GB more of RAM, yet no one complained about that.
The S and Note lines are different, you can't compare them, the Note7 wasn't meant to be a S7 Edge upgrade, this phone is just a few months old and there's people thinking of an upgrade, this people must be shitt*ng money! That's some extreme consumerism.

If 128gb is so abundant then why we still see 16gb and 32gb storage from these manufacturer? Also the 6gb ram, it is not as common as you think. Chinese manufacturer? They use super cheap hardware with low qualitg in large quantity. Why do you think it so cheap? There is every hidden reasons why the prices of things are the way they are. Not because simply they want to charge it however they wants. Don't forget auditors still exist to control everything.
