How are people going to differentiate between WP7 devices?

HTC, Samsung, and LG have similar specifications and look more-less the same. There is no difference in user interface. Generic products.

1 GHz and 512 RAM... for a UI that has colored tiles and cannot multitask? Perhaps something more modest, affordable, and less battery consuming, would be more appropriate in this case.
