Fitbri, 19 Aug 2016I am no Apple hater at all but I am not surprised. Intellig... morewtf. You don't want to buy an overpriced phone but you buy HTC One A9. This is besides the Xperia X THE most overpriced phone. iPhone 6s costs 550euros (feel sorry for Australia) but has high end performance and features, just like Galaxy S7 there is not much difference. Only Chinese brands have better value like OnePlus or Xiaomi. Did you know the HTC One A9 has only a third of the speed of an iPhone 6s? That it is just barely faster than an iPhone 5? SD 615/616 were the most crappiest mid range processors ever made. (knowing this because of using an Xperia M4 Aqua) And the successor SD617 is not much better. This buy was really a mistake.

why some commenters insult iphone users? it is just a brand like any other phone industry. It is about your choice, if u don't like a brand, just don't buy it and leave the others buy what they want. Simple.

Frankly they falling behind considering the price and large Brezel and screen resolution even the Samsung camera is better and we don't want to talk about battery life were APPLE is really pour comparing to the competition .

So are we talking first touchscreen device? First touchscreen phone? First touchscreen smartphone? First mainstream touchscreen device? You guys seem to be getting confused. Read up on the history of touchscreens before you comment random words.

Palm Pilot - 1998
FingerWorks, Datotech, SmartSkin, Touchlight all were pre-2005 technologies that pushed touchscreen into what it was in LG Prada days, and what it is today.

Anonymous, 19 Aug 2016Apple 🍎 still rules, other makers can only wish they could ... moreIf one is objective and reads all specifications on the NOTE 7 it is the best phone at the moment and the only phone with a capable stylus .People forget that the NOTE was always a biz. phone and still is therefore many people that use the stylus for biz purpose will buy this phone as know other phones can provide this feature . I remember very well when Samsung came out with the first NOTE people were laughing at it particular at the large screen size ! Samsung never gave up and believed in the product .Aim sure people don't laugh at it anymore .Yes the Chinese catching up but for how long they can keep the prizes that low ? Particularly Chinese companies like to make a profit to and a bit more if possible then what they have now that is for sure . But no phone I know of has a stylus and that places the NOTE in a different category . Aim sure Samsung selling enough NOTES ( LOYAL NOTE COSTUMERS) otherwise they would have killed it a long time ago . I had the NOTE 2 and now the note 4 use it for my work and so far no short comings ! What I like that the NOTE 7 has become a technical front runner that indicates the NOTE is selling very well .The rest of the bunch still have to catch up .

There's a good difference between a full HD display and a 2k display. Forget about 720p. And talking about battery life. My 2k display of Nexus 6P is giving me 6+ hours of screen on time. Not to mention it supports fast charging.
If a phone is optimised like a Nexus, there's a good balance between performance & battery life even with a 2k screen resolution.

Nothing more tha... moreI'll admit that QHD and UHD it's too much (if you don't use VR), but to say that 720p is enough, that's a big BS my friend. You need a FHD display to enjoy multimedia content, or just to see somthing on your smartphone in a sunny day.

Samsung has these series of As,... moreEven in the US, where even the government and military shamelessly try to advertise US made products, the galaxy s7 sold better than the iPhone 6s since it came out. While it is because the galaxy s7 is newer, you have to remember that Samsung has a lot more competition with android than the iPhone does with iOS. Its a pretty decisive loss for Apple and I don't see how you can act like its because Samsung sells midrange phones. On top of that, Apple recycles their old phones as midrange phones, so its not like they don't sell midrange devices.

Samsung has these series of As,Cs,Js,Ons,Pros,Primes,Galaxies,Notes',Zs..... to achieve the numbers.
But in reality if we compare flagship to flagship, we would know better.
And lets not forget, Apple was first to make touch screen phones popular and others followed. Technology may have been available but they were ones who popularized it.
