Again never buy meizu devices if your not from china, the international firmware for international customers has been neglected by their devs, because they are much more focusing on yun os(alibaba's os, becuase alibaba invested on meizu a year or two years ago

Ham, 20 Aug 2016I think it's not the final version of the device and should... moreYou might be right, I don't know about their low-to-mid-rangers but the Pro 5 looked great and had very good specs and so did the Pro 6 minus the MediaTurd processor (the 5 has better endurance rating and beats it in most benchmarks too bc of its Sexynos SoC) so I await to see what their final design will be as well.

I have pro5 too and never face such issues you had and never even heared anybody that has pro5 facing simillar issues. About first issue it's diffenetly related to your country LTE bands that is not match well with pro5 4g bands. They made pro5 for China mobile telecom companies and some other countries that support simillar 4g bands of China. The modem of the device was not designed to support other countries like US, canada and....
Your secound problem could be related to a option that flyme has and it's the ability of schedule power on/off in settings/accessibility. Maybe you set it and forgot to cancel it and your device will power off on that time or set a special power saving mode that power of your device at night to save more battery. Other wise it's because, you bought it from unauthorized seller and it does not came with their orginal Flyme rom. If what I suggested didn't helps you try post your problem in pro5 section of flyme official forum and they can help you with it.

At least in terms of design meizu proves that they are very careful about it and don't release ugly devices even for low to mid-range phones so, releasing ugly device as a flagship seems very unlikely. At least with their recent smartwatch it's clear that they went for analog watch instead of digital face only to keep the look of the watch.

It could be great if it was not for the shitty flyme. I have had my pro 5 for 8-9 months now. I always had some kind of issues with it. From the lte and phone can not call,message problems ,in the morning i wakeup and phone is turned off. I tried this phone because it looked good on paper but in real it is SHIT. Next time i have to buy from a more established brand. Just to compare i also have HTC e8 if it was not for the broken speaker on it my pro 5 would be long trashed. Only reason i dont buy htc is because the availability sucks more than a dirty whore. I dont support a brand whos marketing sucks.

Expecting to see Meizu release the phones in India. Both the Budget and Flagship models. I don't know why Meizu kept them quite for a long time after the release of M3 Note in India. There were many models from Competitors arrived already. However, the quality of Meizu still remains amazing.
Meizu need to come back with a dedicated slot SD supported phone in Budget range having processors like SD 650 or 652 or MTK X20, X25 series with 3 or 4 GB ram. If they have done so, then the 10 to 15K range phones will be sweeped out by Meizu keeping the phone price in that range for a high end model.

Edge screen is going to be samsu... moreMeizu is the only mobile manufacturer that is official samsung partner and can use samsung's flagships screens and exynos CPU (check pro5 that has the same cpu as note5 and used amoled panel for it's screen). So, maybe samsung won't sell it to other companies but, meizu story is different.
