Iphone 4 can only be categorize as "BASICPHONE" it hasn't reach the status of SMARTPHONE yet because is still lacks the capability of DESKTOP and LAPTOPS. Android phones with Froyo 2.2 onboard and SYMBIAN are the smartphones since both have the flash and has the capability of cumputers.
Do you all know that all of us nowadays wants our phones to have the capability of laptop/desktop, so that we can call it SMARTPHONES? Yes? Yes. So, stop arguing about which phones are good. A touchscreen phones are good to use when we are always static and qwerty keyboard phones are for those who are always on the move. A calculator based Blackberry phones has a good advantage for forwarding EMAILS as SMS (Should be called LMS). Unfortunately, Blackberry now concentrates on producing smaller phones. What a shame, cutting cost on materials my foot.
All these nonsense about body materials, build quality are all rubbish. Take good care of your phones, don't scratch and burn it and they will still look brand new.
Software wise, all major phone brands have good software.
Now, boys and girls, do you all understand what Uncle Sam is trying to tell you all here?

Apple are making money while we are going into debt. Not everyone can go out and spend 600+ dollars on such luxurious items. Yesterday I saw a guy at vodaphone who don't even have a job and was buying iphone on a $80/month plan. I asked him how to u plan to pay it, he said 'we'll see'. Most of the youngsters buy it on credit just to show off. Congrats to apple, and thumbs down to people who buy on credit and don't have money to pay for it.

Get the Galaxy instead, you can download apk's off the net and have them pushed to an SD card for installation. And most likely your country will be supported.

HELP!!!, 20 Oct 2010I really want to buy iPhone 4,but things like no bluetooth ... moreBluetooth transfer is available between iPhone users only,as for battery you'll need no worries,my 3Gs survived more than a year hardcore daily usage,still show no signs of battery drop.
Just to make you feel better : even nokia N8 now use non-removable battery,guess where that idea come from.

I really want to buy iPhone 4,but things like no bluetooth transfer,unremovable battery are keeping me back. And I am in Bangladesh where apple does not hav online app store.so I can only download free apps. I am really confused. Please help me out, or should I go for another phone. Maybe Galaxy S?
