MSRP in Finland is 449€ for the 32Gb units and 499€ for the 64Gb units, both having 4Gb RAM.

SmartFix , 25 Aug 2016Huawei is not cheap anymore.. Agreed, people still think they are a small Chinese company that should only sell cheap phones but people need to realise that they are bigger and more established than LG, HTC, and Sony... Which are slowly dying out.
There is no reason why they cant price the same as Samsung but they still are pricing it abit lower than them to get more potential buyers

+ more premium build quality (slimmer, aluminium body)
+ better camera app: raw pic export
+ better monochrome pictures (Honor app cannot shot from 2nd camera, it uses software b-w filter)
+ probably will get soft. upgrades sooner see Emui 5.0
+ faster CPU (slightly)
Obviously p9 is a better choice. However, if you need dual-sim Honor 8 is there. Mainstream should go for it like I did, enthusiasts should go for ZTE Axon 7. One plus 3 - sorry, but no.

The official price in UAE is a little less than that (due to no VAT being applied). It is 1599 AED (€386.35 or $435.32).

Was hoping to see this around £299/350€. Still it does match the P9 practically step for step and knocks spots off anything Samsung/Sony/LG etc are putting out at this price, still with the OP3 cheaper and the Axon 7 around the same price this phone is a very tough sell.
