People need to understand that things don't last forever. They will break. And Samsung is offering to replace defective S pens without charge. So what's the big deal?

Its good to know that samsung is replacing it without any charge. Good after sales service. Not like other brands like motorola, who takes months to resolve a small issue.

Really frustrating if you have to drop your $1000 mobile every time for taking out s-pen....Gosh!!! Hope Samsung fans sharpen their skills exposing iPhone 7 weakness in advance so that we all do not have to buy any new mobiles!

[deleted post]Exactly! I dun even understand why this article is needed. It's almost like having an iPhone that catches fire and then say "as it turns out, it is still possible for iPhone to catch fire, be careful."

Dun understand the first video, if another pen works and the first one has a problem then it's that pen that has a problem and isolated case, just let them know and exchange it. is necessary to make a whole damm video just to show it?
