My first ever android phone, such a disappointment, at release time it had outdated hardware, and very limited rom memory, so it wasn't even future proof as a gaming devices suppose too, it was a failure

Then a Sony rep said "no comment". And then another S.E rep said "no comment"... Which makes me wonder, why would these guys be so secretive about a non-existent device?

I think we will see two models. The first is the real PSP 2 later next year. No phone capability. Then we have a PlayStation phone between early-mid next year. I can see this Z-platform as a series of phones like the Xperia is. But perhaps it will carry the "PlayStation" branding. What I would like to see is more devices use the Tegra 2 processor over the Snapdragons. Far more power efficient. Android is going to really take off when the Tegra 2 powered phones come out next year and it has a PlayStation phone as one of its devices. Developers are already shifting the balance toward Android. Beware of Tegra 2. Android is going to bust the market wide-open once the Nexus Two comes out and its powered by the Nvidia chip.

WAIT THERE!!!!
How can the Playstation Phone run Android for games??
Why not dedicated proper gaming hardware (like the PS3 or PSP)??
By running Android for it's games this is no different to any other Android phone apart from the controller.
And for a phone that is going to be the "Playstation Phone" the spec's are not high at all compared with the Android phones that will be out by the time this comes out.

I Dream for this phone for many ears. I think psp phon will be absolute hit.
The biggest problem is: its too late.Sony have capability to make it. Bifor 4 ears.
I want to see.In one PHONE: PSP,Walkman,Ciber Shot (+alfa funktion), and Vaio lap-top tipe. ALL in one
This is Sony problem.They have BEST music gsm,best foto gsm,best smart fone,best HD gsm. But they nevar put ALL in One ( like stupit nokia)
If they make it.They beat nokia ,samsung and Lg for 1 ear.
I hope they did it.But if they did.Them photo,HD cam,vaio pc, alfa foto, and another products are make less money.

sonyericsson took realy long time in planning a psp phone coz it should have been launched nearly with iphone since iphone is also nice in gaming,it shows se low enthusiasm in providing good gaming experience same to nokia,samsung
