It isn't "water proof" it's "water resistant".... MASSIVE difference.

In regards to the iPhone fan boys who will shortly follow I just want to tell you that the reason why this has happened is due to Samsung pushing to release the best product possible. Every iPhone has been miles behind Samsung spec wise and it goes to show that Samsung are still trying to make big strides whilst iPhone's are just slowly wasting away.

P.S. I'm not even a Samsung fan-boy.

I remember that before I sell it, more than 3 months had passed with no reboot and that phone worked perfect. I have to admit that camera, screen and battery were bad, but that phone never ever lagged, restarted by itself or any other complain. I simply loved it. My new phone Z3 addresses all that shortcomings (especially battery life is spectacular), but it random restarts once in 4-5 days. Anyway I would highly recommend Sony phones for their stable and great software. If I had any complaint, it would be the camera in low-light and front camera which is a joke. Luckily I'm not that much into photography.

If it was Apple, they would have just sent everyone a case that protects against explosions.....Not a Samsung fan, have had too many issues with all their products, but I'm glad too see that they are aaddressing the problem right away. Not like Apple that just sweeps everything under the rug.

falling market share, recall campaign, bloatware, overheating battering/gadget now its a fire hazard
I have used S4 for three years and indeed it was a "life companion"
My biggest problem with Samsung is that even flagship/top end smartphones are just supported for 2 years with regards android OS updates
I got angry when even midrangers were running MM and a former flagship wasn't getting MM update.I have now switched to Huawei and um happy

If i absolutely have to buy a one with a sealed battery, then at least it would be cheap. It's insane to spend so much money on disposable crap. BTW another insane thing are preorders. Hopefully some people will learn a lesson and wait for actual review before they buy.

I don't think there's anything more important than product quality when we are talking about flagship devices. LG G5 also has issues. Firstly they are painting a piece of plastic then it cracks and chips off..that's indeed flagship quality, right??
