The solution is simple, Stop being the follower by using android/wp7 shit and start inventing new features in smartphones with your own OS and store just like Nokia and Apple.

Both lg and samsung have terrible support after sales, but the major difference is that, samsung provide phones with very attractive features, while LG phones suck in features and suck in support.

They need to give the next model in the series the designation of Prime and offer it in a red and blue colour scheme :D

How will LG expect to do well, when they treat their customers like sh*t.

-The moment you buy any of their phones, they'll release a new one with slight advances.
          -Zero firmware updates

My experiences with their top of the line feature phones has already ruined any trust for them in bringing a compelling smart phone =/

Two essential problems will crush them in the end: Their...reluctance to engage with smartphones and their market flood of endless A/S-class feature phones.

LG have produced an uinimaginably low number of smartphones in the years, sometimes less than even small manufacturers that no-one has ever heard of. As the world cries out for more, and more, and more smartphone availability LG will be left in the mediocrity scale of feature phones.

And THEN the biggest problem: The amount of money they must waste on pointless clone feature phones. There must be at least 10 different variations of the LG Cookie across the world with marginally different specifications and prices that it makes little or no difference. Not only are feature phones fast falling from favour, but saturating the market with useless monotonous phones is not going to help. It used to be "oh its just another nokia brick". It will soon become "oh its just another cheap LG".

They thought using Android would make their sales and everything better. But they need to DIFFERENTIATE, man. They can't just nip Android on the phones and expect everyone to buy instead of HTC and Samsung, Moto. They need something else to make them go for theirs. unfortunately they didn't, now they're running to WP7 for help.
