Replacement Galaxy Note7 units arrive in the UK on September 19

The few people who got a Note7 in the UK before the recall will then be able to exchange theirs for a 'safe' one.

Its really great to see a manufacturer talking a responsible attitude to a problem, instead of burying their heads in the sand . I've spoken to many smart phone and non smart phone users and they all agree that this type of response from a world leader is rare and very welcome.Most people stated that they were more used to the attitude that it was always the users problem and that the manufacturer had no responsability(but that's enough of Apple in this post). I also have to say that these special posters who think they are gods gift to comedy haven,t the balls to post their real names but hide behind the 'anonymous'user name ....little key board warriors who need to be in bed early as its a school night......sad
