absolutely true, 02 Nov 2010everybody knows its bro. this is just a race noone can ever... moreThe truth is apple does the same thing by changing camera from 2 mp to 5 mp and name it as iphone 4 and increase the cpu ,Ram..apple does the same thing what others do but with more money demand from users and fool them..i used 3gs before when i got the update for ios 4 my phone became useless..so laggy and then i sold and got my galaxy s..very happy i left iphone and changed to android..

Then why do you jailbreak?! Apple would literally suck your pockets dry without Cydia and Ice. So much for your accepting Apples rule. Can please all you hypocrates go hide somewhere and come back when you are not making an a*s out of yourselves.
I don't care how HTC does on the global market or who is the CEO of the company. I buy HTC because they make damn good phones, i don't buy HTC phones to support the company, i buy their phones cause they appeal to me.
Believe me, if HTC made the iPhone instead of Apple and tried to charge me 700 dollars for it every year by uppgrading 1MP and 1 RAM at a time i would tell them to go screw themselves.
Apple is a cult.. No one pays 700 dollars for a phone with so little in it, no fan or fanboy anywhere of any company.

htc,samsung,nokia all serves phones with one spec added or removed. some of them have bigger screen, some have much processor power, some have higher mp camera. they all hide behind apple and known as costumer friendly companies but they fool people in other ways.
lg is another company fool people with cheap phones but they are all imitations of other phones and software support is bad.
sony ericsson was making quality devices years ago but after iphone their music trick lose its attractiveness and they went back stage.
Those truths shows us we are getting robbed day by day, all we have to do is taking what we need not more not less.

Well to be honest your all just wasting time arguing whether the iphone, n8 or any phone is better... Each phone has its very own purpose and ofcourse each phone stimulates some sort of a new "trend".
The iphone led to development of massive applications and games many of which are more or less have console level graphics( especially many games from gameloft) and the main reason to buy an iphone is to jailbreak it and get free apps. Concerning specs its still to im-mature but the iOS is what keeps its sales going. The iphone 4 is no different from a 3GS implanted with a retina display and flash in the camera. The only actual support the iphone has is CYDIA! If it was never there, iphones would have seized to exist!
Nokia phones well there too simple. I mean there is no difference at all. They have the bad habit of making the same phone over and over again with a different/better build quality and camera. There are barely any useful apps through the ovi store. So isn't nokia trying to rip off its customers alike apple? But then again Nokia does somewhat care for its customers.
Samsung well it was confused and accidentally someone sensible stood up. They began to manufacture Android phones and Bada Os which gave a huge rise to their profits. But more or less it has copied one phone after the other. Galaxy S is no more then an HTC desire with a s-Amoled screen( which is of no use to me, WHAT AM I GONNA DO WITH BRIGHT COLOURS ON MY SCREEN0
SONY ERRICCSON IS simply aloof. They use to make the best phones but i dont know what happened to them.
HTC is beyond but at the sametime if you have a close look at all their phones; its just the same phone on and on with a better Sense Ui through a new Rom and better CPU( Ram, Rom, processor)... Starting from the HTC Hero

If some individual hacker can do this i.e. to upgrade the video recording capability of iPhone 3Gs from VGA to improved one, then why can't Apple bring this upgrdae to iPhone 3Gs??????
