I like Samsung, but I am happy that someone finally got burned for using sealed batteries.

It's good that they've basically done everything they could do. But no doubt it killed the momentum the note 7 started with and would probably dampen demand for Samsung until the s8 comes out.

So people have to return their phones to get a brand new one which they'll have to set up all over again. Move over all contacts, photos, apps and customizations to a new phone. All that because of a faulty battery that cannot be replaced by the user. What the hell was ever wrong with removable batteries? When will phone manufacturers finally realize that the Apple way isn't always the right way?

Best thing to do: Don't buy a phone from a company risking your life just to save some pennies in production.
Ok just a joke that is just my real opinion. But I will make a normal and sober comment.
Best thing to do: Wait 1 or 2 months until Samsung handles it and then buy it. Until then, price will be dropped by some bucks.
