Design wise no one can accuse SONY as copy cats. They have a unique design language (good or bad is subjective matter).
User experience is another pleasant experience.
Only others who are unique in design are BlackBerry, Motorola, iPhone and Xiaomi ( to some extent). Nokia too had a very good design team.
