Looks like Nexus S is up for pre-order at best buy…for tmobile:

Look in the middle of the page by “Pure Google”. Link doesn’t work for me, but it seems like Best Buy is ramping up to put it up.

that is probably one of the dumbest form factors I have ever seen... that second screen is useless just make a widget for it!!!

They already proved different...
In general, you´re right for many, but not all of their devices. The build quality of 95% of their products has become cheap, mainly because they want to sell masses, not top notch quality.
And, they win so far. They sell masses. Problem is, they also have masses of unhappy users. Trust me on that. I was working there.

Can they make a more, elegant, classy, high-end looking phone? Looks almost as cheap-looking as the Galaxy S!!! Bet the flimsy back cover also creaks when you hold it in your hand!

i think samsung will proudly present galaxy q model, with qwerty keyboard (same form factor as blackberry). at the same time they can present their own push mail server (like nokia mail, or blackberry mail).... this is just my thinking....

i dont like that dual screen, it makes the phone ugly. why dont they just give the old galaxy S a LED flash and replace that plastic cover like that in the iphone, and also remove all those disgusting beads.

Samsung is infamous with Software.
But when it comes to Hardware performance they are they best.
Google Experience phones are supervised by Google and the software is 100% supported by Google.
Google Experience + Samsung Hardware = Best thing that can happen in mobile industry.

Did you guys even read the linked site?.............
a guy at Samsung said no. He never showed by documentation or presentation that the meeting at Nov 8 is only going be about the Continuum.
If you worked at Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Nokia, RIM, Apple, or whatever and someone ask you if you are going to have a surprise announcement about certain device 1 week later, are you going to say YES and spoil it?
I'm not saying the Rumor is true, but if I had to I would put my money on the Rumor.

Samsung if you're listening, there is a bunch of reasons to NOT have dual-screen phone, if you guys like it I'm ok with that, but personaly I would never want to get it!!!
