Bigger battery? Did you even read the article? How much bigger battery do you want - 10000mAh? You don't know how large the camera sensor is, neither do you now about the speakers. And when you say "we need" speakers and xenon flash - talk about yourself. I'd absolutely will grab the RAM any day before these two. I still remember when Samsung refused to upgrade the international S3 to Kitkat "because of insufficient RAM". No one will refuse to update Android because of lack of xenon flash.

If this much higher ends specs is available for cheap price then it's great. But as 5g or 6g may be released in the upcoming year, where the phone may struggle to keep with the new industry.

If cheap enough, maybe it is competitive. But above € 600 it's just another android phone with high end specs

This amount of RAM is absolutely useless now,maybe in 3-4 years it will be good for some massive games like gta 4. BUT the problem is that this phone will not resist more than a year without been destroyed by a drop of 30-20 centimeters or a suddenly dead screen after night LoL

You make a decent point but to be clear s821 plus this ram and rom setup wont be anywhere near even an iphone 6s in app launching speed tests let alone iphone 7.
Rom speed of iphones is twice as fast as any android ufs solution and apple cpu is is twice as fast as kryo in integer loads.

If the OS is optimized as iOS/BB10 (to some specific hardware) is, you don't need to use almost the same amount of ram than a small business entry server to run a mobile OS.

This phone uses the S821 SOC so RAM and ROM quality is equivalent to any high end phone on the market, yes including the iphone.
I don't know why some people pretend like chinese manufactures don't buy parts from the same suppliers and build their phone in the same factories Apple makes their phone.

This phone will have a 5000mah battery. The difference is quite big.

LeEco even has an S820 phone at 240$, that's crazy.
This will only drive mobile phone prices down.
Already in Europe chinese phones are imported like crazy and people that had low end phones start to look at these chinese brands that allows them to have flagship like experience for a fraction of the price.
I hope this continues because in the long term it will be very beneficial for us, normal customers.

nuh i dont like chinese brand they are dumb! ram doesnt matter if you have bad user interface and even how much your battery if it is not well optimize that's nothing! iphone and sony using 3gb ram and below but it can mange quickly and good in multitasking because of the ui and other blah blah blah

go leeco. Squash the competition for not evolving fast enough. Precisely targeted to customer's desire. Honest and humble to include all the sensors, quick charge, metal body, type-c usb and stable ROM.
