Samfav, 13 Sep 2016What???? I thought Samsung will come up with better solut... moreOR you could just return your current Note 7 and get it replaced with a brand new one which is sure to NOT blow up. How hard is it to understand that logic?

Samfav, 13 Sep 2016What???? I thought Samsung will come up with better solut... moreif u own one and u check it can be flawed (battery) u should return them to be swaped, if u haven't (maybe cuz the delay or whatever reason) u are at risk so they'll send the OTA to lessen the probability of burns, u still need to accept it so if u still want to use the 100% charge of the battery just dont' accept the OTA but be carefull still

              What????
I thought Samsung will come up with better solution. No explanation about how technically it is safe to use the device. after paying hefty amount to buy Note 7, are we required to use it only 60% of battery in it???
do we still need to carry defective hardware?? over that having head ache to carry in Flight???
Do you still expect us to be favoring Samsung???
              its wearied.
hope you will never learn from your own mistake. hope you will sink soon like Nokia.
Count days for Samsung Mobile starts from 19th of Sept 2016.

Well, it is supposed to be just a temporary unit, but some people walked onto the stores and they gave them S7/S7 Edge's as replacement, which is much better for the ones who intended to get a nice smartphone, which was the Note 7 purpose for many. In the end, its gonna be a long wait for some of the people who sent back theyr phone to Sammy.

first of all, the J series as a replacement is untill the new ones arrive right? i know they could've given a lot better but u'll get ur note 7 in the end
second, i'm asuming the OTA update will not be send to the already known safe devices (i might be wrong but it's just logical)
i do agree that the issue is getting out of hand (i couldn't afford the note 7 so i dunno what users might be feeling) and i'm guessing the replacements will take long to arrive since they didn't have enough to fill all the orders in the first place

                        Samsung, what the heck -.-?

Replacement units are being delayed in several countries, some people are getting offered "J" or lower series phones in Europe and in the US, the CPSC federal group demands verification of the device in question before its resold. Funny thing is, if a Korean check its Note 7 IMEI to know if its one of the unaffected devices, if they do update, theyll have a safe device thats been crippled as a defective one. Better fire everyone on the Mobile department and start this whole thing over, and also cut connections with these faulty fabrication plants.

this is getting out of hand...how much more motivation do people need?? isn't the news of some of the notes exploding enough for them to go and undergo the exchange programme??
i'm not saying samsung is not to blame..but this is just ridiculous

Well...maybe Samsung will wake up a bit after this. Their prices has been as ridiculous as Apple's, and the quality is on par with cheaper competition (and in this particular case even lower).
