my phone stop ringing 3 times when I restore my phone it will start ringing but after some time It's stop ringing

When I make call from moto e3 power, the mobile data gets inactive in the other sim . Is this how it is with this phone . Can anyone please throw some light on this issue or share relevant experience. I was wondering if this is a software bug or a issue with all the e3 power devices.

However this happened when I used Logitech USB charger. I switched to Samsung USB charger (since I misplaced moto charger shipped with phone) and I haven't seen this issue. May it is worth changing your charger if it is not moto shipped one?

After a reboo... moreI too facing same issue , also when first time i inserted jio sim i got message saying "Your phone does not support true4G so pls download Jio join app" dont know what to do now. People calling me unable to reach , if i make phone wake up using power button then call again comes. It looks many are facing same issue. Dont know its handset issue or jio network issue.

Had contacted Motorola Service India and they could advise boot to Safe Mode or Factory Reset which don't help.

I need to keep rebooting the phone twice or thrice a day as it stopping ringing sound and just vibrates.. Missing important phones due to this problem.. Any fix or suggestion please provide... It's horrible!!!

In Moto e3 power, jio network often goes to emergency call, but when switch off and on the SIM, network connects again. Why?

When I receive a call in my Moto E3 ,my phone gets vibrates...This issue was not in Moto E1,2
Please help to fix this issue
