When I make calls from my moto e3 power, the mobile data gets inactive in the other sim . Is this how it is with this phone . Can anyone please throw some light on this issue or share relevant experience. I was wondering if this is a software bug or a issue with all the e3 power devices.

Phone doesn't ring always for incoming calls. After a reboot or factory reset, there is ringing for incoming calls but it stops after few hours . Any fixes for this ?

i just got my moto e3 power delivered..... nice phone@ 7999 but camera quality is not that good you can get better camera quality in other phone in same range...over all good phone. i am using moto g (1st gen) from last 2.5 years without any problem hope this ph will give me better services...
but want to know how to get my jio sim for this phone please help(*_*)......................................

I got my Moto E3 today, but it's very slow phone compare to my Moto g3. Also it takes much time while installing shared apps like VLC, candy crush, etc. And when it goes to stand by mode, it asked for 3 types of Boot, so to avoid this I have to put my battery off and restart it every time. Anyone can help with this particular issue, please reply

AnonD-369900, 23 Sep 2016 JIO sim users don't buy this mobile .there is network issu... moreIf you don't know ABC of technology then don't post stupid comments, Jio only have 4g network, so if you put non Jio sim for data evey phone will put it on 4g/3g/2g mode & Jio sim on 2g only mode, as Jio is not having any other network except 4g phone shows no signal

There is network issue with this phone with Jio sim .Many times it shows full network but when some one calls from other end it says "Phone is switched off" . Moto should look into this matter urgently.

JIO sim users don't buy this mobile .there is network issues with this mobile..
SIM 1 ( JIO) signal getting turning of automatically when SIM 2 Data is enabled.
This is big bug in the mobile ..Not sure whether it is a software bug or hardware issue.

Moto E3 and Moto E3 power are two seperate phones , don't get confuse with that. Moto E3 power comes with 2GB ram and it is trusted company. In introductory offer flipkart is offering even exchange offers for old mobile and free 32 GB memory card.

I ordered it today for 3549rs with both exchange offer and SBI 800 Discount, additionally they provide Samsung 32GB SD card for Free.. Its a big deal for me.. and yes it supports VoLte..

Sadly Lenovo, which has miserable service and support, has managed to drag the Motorola arm of its mobile phone range into similar situation. So, even as much as , the brand does sound promising, it is only up until the product that you buy.
