Can understand why they compare a proper QHD with something that barely qualifies as HD :S with the difference in resolution, what did they expect?

Looks like everyone didn't know how computer works.There's a difference between in app/in game performance and loading time/launching an app. In app/in game performance is effected by cpu, gpu and screen resolution while loading time is effected by cpu, ram and storage speed, a phone can have the fastest cpu and ram but still loading time will be longer if the storage is slow (it's called bottlenecks) because the storage couldn't work as fast as the cpu and ram.
In example note7 exynos and ram are as fast as iphone7 A10 and ram but iphone7 uses faster storage than note7 which means note7 is bottleneck that's why even iphone6s could beat note7 in loading time but in app/in game performance they are identical except for game iphone6s/7 will have better performance(fps) because of lower resolution but all the games are capping in 60fps so iphone7's better performance won't take effect and will run the game in the same performance(fps) of note7(running in 60fps) unless the game is high graphical intense game

The tested speed advantage has not so much to do with the screen resolution, but with the OS management.
Its for sure a difference whether you use a VM or not. RAM management in Android was never as good as in IOS. Its the problem of Android. Its a free and open system for all phone maker, but some cannot really manage it in a good way. Better would be to compare the iphone with a stock android phone. It should normally perform better than the touchwiz variant.

Come on! As explained Note7 was faster than iPhone6s in EVERYTHING except of the games - specially optimized for iOS and just ported on Android. That's why Buff-Buff made sequence test with a lot of games to fool you. See videos with app by app test iPh6S vs Note7.
On the second video iPhone7 ''smokes'' ....but something else. LOL
BTW iPhone7''Speed Monster'' didn't make it any better than iPhone6S vs Note7 .
Note7 is again faster in EVERYTHING except of the games.
There are videos iPhone7/Plus vs iPhone6S/Plus and you will be surprised of the result of the ''Speed Monster''/s You will not see them here or on other media- they love Buff-Buff:)
GSMA must change the headline if don't wanna lose the respect of the readers.

Samsung should be grateful - that someone is providing the evidence that they need to do (more) optimizing of Android/Touchwiz on their devices. Perhaps we will see some of that with the new upcoming UI - Grace.

I hope everybody saw, that the Note 7 was faster in real life applications (ALTHOUGH IT HAS HALF A YEAR OLDER hardware). It was faster in camera, calculator, way faster in Twitter, Instagram (and probably in Facebook), way faster in Youtube (the video load was late because of some ads, but in the beginning it showed, that it was much better in loading the app). It was a blink slower in the browser.
But we can say, the two phones were realtively on par, one wouldn't really feel the difference in day to day usage.
One real fallback in speed for the Note 7 is the loading of games. AND THAT'S IT! But after that, you wouldn't feel any differences while playing those games.
Don't be fooled by some fake tests, the S7 and Note7 are blazing fast, and they are also amazing in multitasking. And they have many features (and freedom) that Apple users couldn't even dream about.

I've gathered about a dozen of factors why Samsung Galaxy S7 and Note 7 belong to the high-end phone category, and why Iphones belong to the midrange. There are many dealbreakers among these points for the Iphone.
And no, I didn't inlclude the retina scanner :).
My conception is that it will take Apple to reach Samsung and the other brands 3 or 4 years.
I just don't really understand why people usually compare Iphone with Sammy's phones as they are literally out of each other's league.

I'd REALLY like to know WHY would anybody give around 2,5 times more for an Iphone as its intrinsic value. In my opinion the instrinsic value of the Iphone is around 280 USD.
So why should I not call apple buyers "monkeybrains" :)?
I would like to hear sound reasoning. Ok, I understand, that there are many uneducated people, who are blinded by Apple's ads, or those who have stuck with Apple's ecosystem. But what's with people who think they choose wisely?
/My last phone was the S4, my present phone is the Redmi Note 3 pro, my next phone will probably be the S8 (the UHD screen and thus the elevated VR experience will be out of this world)!/
I could argue, that the Redmi Note 3 is also a better phone, than the Iphone 6 6s 6s+ 7 7+. It has much smaller bezels, it has notification led. It looks much prettier. It has a SOC, that has a performance what was considered to be the high-end last year. It's really snappy. That's enough for now.
Its battery lasts much more, 30-50% (in some cases 100% more), as it usually has 8-11 hours of screen on time (NOT USAGE, but SOT!). It's unbelievable! Last month, I made 300 pictures and half an hour of video with it on a festival, made some quick calls, some internet, and the next day I still had 50% battery in the morning :D. On the other side, Iphone loads webpages a little faster, and has a better camera (in low light). It has a brand name. But it has an inferior OS. It has the same 1 year warranty as the Redmi.
As the Redmi costs 180 USD, I derived the intrinsic price of the Iphone to be around 280 USD, but just because I'm extremely generous. But why would anybody pay 4 or 5 times more for a phone that's about in the same league????
Sammy's phones deserve to be 700 USD phones, because they are the state-of-the-art engineering marvels of the industry, the best of the best.
IF somebody can afford it, and wants to have the best by all means, then it's simple and unequivocal: he has to choose Sammy (they also give more than 2 years of warranty).
But my main question remains:
In the light of my arguments, why should I not call apple buyers "monkeybrains"??

Hmm it seems IOS is better at loading games than android
Well this also shows that the mobile processors has reached a point that if you you buy any current flagships there is no need for upgrading.most of them can load an app fast enough to satisfy any customers.Only improvement can be done only on GPU which can only render heavy games at ~50-60 fps and at FHD resolution,sensors,more storage,camera etc.In short,IF you buy a Flagship from any of the current good manufacturers,the software experience will be top notch.

I was under the impression that you of to move the optical lenses to achieve optical zoom or focus. Why Apple just can't be truthful and say they have a little better digital zoom? Well, they know that they have loads of stupid followers which will believe anything they say. See how one of the feature they are selling with the phone don't even exist on the phone? They show this picture with the socall Boka effects and the phone can't do it
