Galaxy Note7 was selling 25% better than Note5 before the recall

The Note7 was on its way to beat the Note5's records, unfortunately, the recall interrupted those sales.

We cannot say that the cause of Biker's exploding iPhone is from the battery itself, it might have short-circuited causing a surge of current to flow.

Note 7 on the other hand is a manufacturing defect that Samsung already admitted. The battery design is too unstable that the chance of it to explode while charging is very high. The Defect per Million is already too high for it not to be considered as quality issue.

    I remember when I cracked the screen of my lumia 1520 and borrowed the Note 4 from a friend. (Remeber note 4 and lumia 1520 are both released on the same year). I reset the note 4 to factory settings before I use it. But man, it is way way way slower than my lumia 1520... it took 5 secs to launch a camera app??!!!

    You got all the cores and the Ram's but not an optimize operating system and lots of preloaded bulk wares...

        Remeber note 5 has a design flaw that lets you insert the pen the other away around that make it unusable. Did they recall note 5?

                        25% more means only in US. Where Note 5 was on the matket.
                        Most of the rest of the World did not have Note5 on the market. So how many more % will be there? Or globally ?
                        Imagine now when Note 7 go worldwide?

                            Note 7 had some battery issues, Samsung bravely admitted and started working on that.

                            Not like Apple, who will straight away told everyone "YOU ARE ALL USING IT IN A WRONG WAY".

                              Did they forbid you to bring your lumia on board a plane because it has limited battery life. Did they forbid you to use your iPhone because the antenna issue could kill or harm you?

                                That's just stating the obvious, the Note 5 was never released in Europe.

                                Sales will naturally be higher. The Note 7 is a flop, hence Samsung are selling parts of their business to prop up sales.

                                    But as your article quite rightly suggests Samsung admitted it's faults and put them right. Name me another mobile company who has admitted it's phones are wrong??

                                    Nokia N96 probably the most notable phone ever with problems,They just set up a call centre with Carnmoney warehouse included.

                                    Apple antenna problems,Scratching easily and IPhone 7 whine and more problems to come.

                                    The first Lumina absolutely poor battery life.

                                    The first Xperia poor battery life and software issues.

                                    Of all of these only Samsung did a recall and admitted it's problems to its cost!

                                    That's why I will get a Note 7 I'm not a fanboy either as I could easily get an IPhone 7plus, But I hate iTunes,There's not enough free stuff on Apple and the only thing the IPhone 7 is better than Note in speed tests is GPU on a lower resolution screen.

                                    Well I don't have a mobile device for crap of Clans or Crappycrush,My phone is for S-Pen and Productivity
