Yup, the faulty batteries really affect the sales. Serves Samsung right to rush with little quality control.

With no expandable memory, a 'flagship' so poorly fitted was destined for 'poor sales'.
The Note 7 is such a meaningful improvement across so many areas, it is a no brainer- the amount of people whose contracts were expired, waiting a 'new' device; the Note 7 was likely to sell very well.
That Samsung didn't know this....

The note 5 didn't launch in Europe.
edit: Nevermind it seems they were talking about US sales alone.
It'll probably end up around 20% lower now though. Maybe more depending on how long it lingers in people's minds.
