Opera Mobile 10.1 beta is available for Android right now

9 November, 2010
Opera Mini for Android has been a stopgap measure - Opera Mobile 10.1, the flagship browser from the Norwegian company, is finally available (though in beta) and it will probably take over the job...

I'm using opera mobile right now. It's slower than opera mini. The only advantage over mini which I see now is pinch zooming.

Does not work on Galaxy Tab. Installs, shows splash screen on startup and then force closes

On a Galaxy S running Froyo, Pinch to zoom function is pretty smooth, page load times are comparable to default browser. So far no issues, I am impressed. Good job opera!!!. Would've been perfect if it had Flash support.
