Finally, something that I've been waiting for so long from SE. An android phone with a secondary video-call camera! Can't wait to see this phone. i don't really care about the megapixel count as long as the picture quality is decent. I just hope that the audio quality and loudspeaker performance are great. And most importantly, SE, please use standard 3.5mm audio jack! No more the very problematic propriety socket and this will be my dream phone. Surely, you'll take back your lost market share after that.

A 12 mp camara in such a slim phone WOW I wonder if it has a good sensor though. SE must catch up the competition asap.

And by the way, if 3.0 is going to be such a major change in the way Google builds Android - then maybe 3.0 can't even be applied to "older" devices (like this and Galaxy S and all other existing high-end phones)? Google might even be targeting new set of chipsets and or "motherboards" to meet the direction of the 3.0 build and functions. This since the 3.0 is meant to be the divine mother of all tablet OS:es, with better performance for - and more suitable to - mobile devices.

If Sony Ericsson releases this phone when 2.3 is the latest update, then SE has done nothing wrong. So what if 3.0 should wait around the corner, if this phone is being built the way that SE seems to be planning - with minimal Xperia customization - then it shoulnd't be so hard for SE to just slip a 3.0 upgrade to it. They seem to HAVE learned from their mistakes, so can everyone just put it back in their pants for a while? Cheeses.

It might sound flash saying that it will contain Android Gingerbread..........but by the time this is released with Gingerbread, Android would have moved on a lot further and people will be complaining that this "only" contains Gingerbread when the "J" version (jellybean?) will probably have come out.
Come on, this is SE!!!!! Has no-one learned their lesson from the X10?
