Android looks like an obsolete version of iOS, compared to the WP7, my friend. I guess you have to look again :) Microsoft rules again, like it or not!:)

Who really gives a s..t about it. I dont care and i only have used video calling once just to prove to my friends its total rubbish. Never used face time and if you really think about it apple might have a good idea by just using wifi (10 times faster i every country than standard 3g) as the quality of video calling is probably improved. Its not possible at this time to use viedo calling in decent quality picture and sound due to poor 3g or even 3,5g networks, belive me i work for 3,5g company. I still hate apple magical phones as i dont agree with propaganda. Face it, this way or another video calling is for people with far to much time to spend on stupid things. Grow up, people die every day in different countrys as they dont even have drinking water. End

Jteve Sobs, 11 Nov 2010Granted video-calling is primitive but with the integration... moreIf apple could back their videocalling back a few years and let us call over 3g and between different phone models it would be good, but still people don't use it. (I did this back in 2004 with a nokia to a sony ericsson, though I don't see the point in it, we tried it once and noticed that running around in the city looking at the phone while talking and with sound trough speakers or headset isn't as usable as a ordinary phonecall)
Right now only people in the US think this is something cool, everybody seems to have been bran washed by apple over there....

Random, 11 Nov 2010This sounds just like the iPhone features used to sound.
... moreGranted video-calling is primitive but with the integration of Facetime on Macs (PCs too maybe in the near future?), iPads and add this to the whole number of iDevices that Apple is gonna come up and produce within the next 5 years, you don't just have video-calling, my friend, you have a revolution!
When Facetime becomes 3G-enabled, imagine sitting down in an airplane, 30000-feet in the air while simultaneously conducting a business conference with a group of people in the office even before you touchdown. All within the palm of your hands.
That's something video-calling can never achieve.

I don't think most of the people behind the comments here atm understand the message :'). This news makes WinPho7 a less sucky OS, that's all. We all know most phones have this feature, that's even being said in the article... LOL. If the absence of this feature on a WinPho7 phone would've been the deal breaker, you don't need to worry anymore...
I'm just wondering, performing this "hack", does it cost you your warranty? aka, is it completely legal or not?

Common guys... we all know that win had more features few years ago then any "modern" OS has today. But who cares about that. That is why MS is making expensive phone with a lot useless animations. That is what is important these days... I don't like it, but I don't blame MS for it.. they are forced to do that...
Then again, this is not MS marketing from Bill Gates itself, but a hack report...

"Hey look guys! It's 2010 and we've just released our latest handset with amazing features. And the best thing about it is that you can make videocalls! How cool is that?! This surely is the best iPhone ever!"
Err........videocalling has been around since 2004 (or thereabouts) and it's failed to become as popular as it was thought to have been. So much so that some manufacturers are even dropping the secondary camera as they've realised it's pretty useless to most people.
Anyway back to the main point, Apple used to announce cutting edge features that other phone users would take as standard and they were mocked for it. Seems like Microsoft is going the same way.
Don't be surprised to read many articles over the next year where Microsoft announce breakthroughs such as copy and paste support or basic things like that, things that Android users would laugh at because they've had those features for a good few years now.....
