i m fan of lg phones. i m using this time optmius one its a good phone other then phones every thing good but proceser to short only 600mz . 1ghz become its a beter mo.

I love this phone..internet browsing experience is something extraordinary........
i was not a much big fan of LG...but comparing this phone with other phone in this range...trust me..simply go for LG optimus..features, internet, style,camera, sound..every thing is marvelous in this range...
the only thing which i dont like is headphone...very no shortcut keys & old style..

Thank you LG.You created a good phone,which almost everyone can afford.The best part is that this phone is rival with iPhone 3GS for example,and the price difference is huge.I know that iPhone has a better display,resistance,quality,etc but the performances are almost the same.Keep it up

I ready have my LG P500.. Arrive to Panama market with American Mobile carrier.. and is very cool.. the Froyo is amazing, and the price was very Good.. i believe they going to have a good success with this device.. Go LG.. going to the correct way (android)

It is really a good option, i bought mine 2 months back in 11000 rs. The only issues i found are
No Flashlight.
Speaker Phone Quality is not that good.

i think its the most sensible all-around phone to own these days considering the specifications, good reviews, vis-a-vis the pricing.
the only bane seems to be the lousy camera and its lack of flash and its desire-sapping plain design. but android froyo and all its benefits (free apps, improved battery life, wifi tethering) tips the scale in its favor. all for 12php.
and please, stop complaining about the 1 hour sale, people. you know its a promotional trick if you were smart enough or had you not been born yesterday. samsung had done this before, and lg followed suit also wanting bad pr for their customer service.

For those who critize do yourself a favour, find someone with a P500 and check this phone out. It is amazing even with out the discount. In SA the phone will set you back R2549 ( or free on most contracts )When it comes down to features and ease to use for that amount of money you will really struggle to find anything better. FROYO is crazy, most people are bleak becuase they paid mega bucks for Samsungs and Sony Ericsson running on Android 1.6 and 2.1. Shame, get over it. LG have pulled out all the stops, i have had mine for three weeks and no problems. WHO NEEDS NOKIA with their pathetic OVI store when you can have android. Well done LG, by far the best Android handset to date out of all manufacturers.

i'll buy this unit, in fact i'll buy one for me, for the wife, for the father, mother, brother, in laws, and recommend this to all my peers,
only if it's sold at their introductory sale price of Php 6,490 (about $150)
otherwise i'll take my business elsewhere, samsung, htc, SE, even motorola.
since nobody in their right mind will touch this LG phone at their "retail" price after it's already sold at a lower price no matter what kind of justification given.

Yes they sold 1 million phones but the irked millions of potential customers by their promotional fiasco!! on each outlet, max 50 people were given but hundreds more left cursing them for not saying the limited number of units. other stores also intentionally sold slowly.
I think they made more haters than the targeted potential market.
1 hour sale is just too stupid, if you really want to promote next time, why dont you give 25% discount for 1 day rather than pissing off people and wasting their time.
P.S. i never really loved an LG phone , i ranked it bellow siemens.

Well, the number of sales and the patience of thousands of people who lined up in the 1 hr/ 1day sale in other countries, only shows that many people realy miss and love LG especially their smartphones.
