Marketing Gimik of LG! This is to shadow the epic fail they did on their 1day/1hr sale…They just want to news blackout the epic fail they did…That event shows how disorganize, unprepared, and unreliable LG is. They make thousand people wait in line for 3hrs and announce only a few handful will get the 50% discount…Even a toddler would know if the ball fits the hoop…They said they didn’t know the final estimate of the number of people that can fit in the 1hr sales during the 3hrs…They are either stupid or liar…LG Will Go Down…

LG never care about their customers.
if you don't believe me, go ask any LG GW620 owners.

How reliable are LG phones compared to Samsung, Nokia and HTC? Seems like a good buy, the dealmaker/breaker is the build quality and longevity. I don't wanna spend some $$$ on a phone that's gonna last for less than a year

I am using this phone. It has great battery back up, touch screen response is very fast, browsing also good. The best LG phone. Worth for money.

Optimus 1 is the finest phone I have ever used in 10 years... The UI is absolutely great.... I would suggest is the best pick

This despite the fact that LG screwed people over by having a 1 hour 50% off LG Optimus One sale and delaying each purchase in that 1 hour window to only sell 15 units each at 4 branches in the Philippines. There were thousands lined painfully watching LG staff delay each sale with a "unit demo" and an "in-store unboxing".
At this point, I don't know what to think of this 1 million units sold. As far as LG's marketing techniques go, it looks like some trick. Maybe they sold half a million to their own staff. I don't know.
If its legit, good for them. But I sincerely doubt it. The Galaxy S line just caught a few mil recently, and Samsung's phone is at least 20x more popular than this one. Looks like LG's padding that number up.

the reason for this is because they sell it for a very cheap price. Here in the Philippines, they've sold it for 60% off so a lot of people took advantage of it.

If Lg would have created more Reliable phones they might have done o.k,but theres no relibility in there phones at All,an always copy Samsung mobiles,like to see the people comments once they have bought this phone,an i bet its a Cheap model thats why it sold well an a could xmas present for the youngans

These numbers are nothing compared to iphone4 sales. So I am not impressed at all.
