Well, it seems all the shortages of X10 is its biggest part of the phone a.k.a screen.

That said I am pretty dissapointed this hardly seems much of a step up. I would honestly take the reduced price the X10 is bound to have when it is released rather than get this - it is getting 2.2 so should be a good phone for a while longer yet.

X10 is a superb phone....looks good..well built...great touch screen ....decent battery backup...very user friendly...what else you need?

The i5-760 is a 4 core (4x 2,8 + 3,33 GHz Turbo) vs the older generation budget E6500 dual core CPU (2x 2,93).
Still it's a fact that Clock Speed doesn't tell much about performance.

Oh come on guys, are you really trying to say that this 800mhz processor is actually slower than the 1ghz Snapdragon in the X10
Look at Intel chips
Pentium E6500 Processor - 2.93 Ghz
Intel I5-760 Processor - 2.80 Ghz
so according to the "experts" in here - the I5 processor WILL be slower - hahahaha i don't think so - its easily quicker, better

X10 is shit....its a really really shit....lot of problems with Xperia X10 update to 2.1 Eclair.....X10 Has 1GHz bt anzu got 800MHz processor...bcoz of that X10 faulty issues also comes with ANZU....dont try any android mobiles manufacturing by Sony Ericsson...Please go with HTC or SAMSUNG this is not mortivation...bt make trust wht am i telling by google search. keyword using "Xperia X10 Random Reboots". tht will prove wht am i telling here... last few year i used only SE phones. Bt with Xperia X10 totally dismounted with my device...dnt buy this kind of phone. if u buy u hv to suffer with ur mobile still i am suffering with my mobile. thank you

I just held this phone in my hands... Have a friend who works at SE here in Sweden and he had it as he was running some programs on it. Its extremely thin and light !!!

hey Guyz.... Plz just think one more time carefully..... You hv a smartphone and itz battery lyf doesn't exist at least one day... Itz totally a matter of bloody joke.. SE everytime comes with Some massive looking phones.but only style means nothing when u hv both stylish and massive hardware phone lyk nokia N8...
Itz a worldwide fav brand but i dnt understand why their engineers can't make some real good phones....
Hope they will work on it and we will find an all time hit xperia smartphone ;

if you people remember. In one of their news gsmarena posted that for gingerbread or newer os 1 g.hz procesor and 512 mb ram would be a must requirment, some specific screen resolution(dnt remember), also google will put a cross on custom GUI. If this was true then x12 wil be newer geting an update. So, I am sure they wil never do it with an 800 m.hz processor. wait for the oficial anouncement.

i am fully aware that sony is rubbish, but so am i, so it meets my needs, i much prefer the blackberry pearl though, my friend has one and hes a good looking chap xx
