Disappointed at so many comments at Android Central forum. Arrogance and total disregard for human life. Keeping it is like lighting a cigarette in front of a pregnant woman. Your cigarette is more important to you than an unborn baby. Kill the Note7 line already. Other great alternatives out there and being the best doesn't last anymore than six months to a year considering how fast technology moves.

Samsung blew it (twice) already. The engineering flaw was there. It also happened to the S7/S7 edge. So it seems the 2016 Samsung flagships are garbage since last year's wasn't as problematic. The less people have these phones, the less worries. But people keep saying they love it ajd being irresponsible for their actions.

My plan is to test drive the V20 for a couple of weeks. If the camera and battery life isn't satisfying enough, will exchange it for the iPhone 7 Plus. I can't believe I have to settle for an iPhone after all this Samsung nonsense. I really don't like iOS but at least it seems safe and wasn't rushed. That's how badly Samsung tarnished their brand with this Note7 fiasco.

    Wishlist
    LG V20
    Apple iPhone 7 Plus
    OnePlus 3

Nomore S7 edge or Note7 for me this year.

Julliard, 06 Oct 2016Fake. No Note7 ever caught fire while turned off. Isnt that... moreHmm if thats the case then why Samsung is not 'sabotaging' its rivals like Apple? Samsung is indeed a bigger company than Apple, it can use its resources to do that right?
Stop defending Samsung and stop playing the Samsung Victim Card. A decision to produce batteries in-house is what broke the Note7 and the trust of millions of customers around the Globe. Their own sister company Samsung SDI delivered faulty batteries not any 3rd party. Samsung is totally responsible for this and they should stop producing the Note7s and replace everyone with an early S8 or otherwise a refund. I think the number 6 cursed the Note7 for leaving it behind lmao.

Nah. I'd avoid just the note 7 personally. and I own a Huawei P9. one of the BEST phones I've encountered! and the dual rear camera is epic!

I think all this fake just a propaganda. 4 Days ago..MAN LEFT TOOTHLESS AFTER EXPLOSION OF HIS SAMSUNG ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH (News). Now, "Galaxy Note 7 replacement phone reportedly catches fire on the plane"...It's an American FASCISTS drama. Another Samsung Haters propaganda. "Oh no don't buy Samsung products ". The Apple fanboys and Americans are dangerous fascists (Some). In fact, This is an American FASCIST Business drama. What a shame!

The fascist US Media campaign against Samsung. There are plenty of reports recently about iPhone 6 and 7 explosions as well. But they are no news about that. American fascist media are very good at masking Apple problems. The American media (fascist U.S. media) are shameless American resellers. They're jealous of Samsung because Samsung is only the brand, that can fuck apple. iPhones(6) are exploding but it's sales are continuing. Because Apple is the biggest money sucking company in the world. Apple is just a wicked, selfish, and evil company. Samsung is an honest company (Galaxy Note 7 recall). New safe units just don't explode. another fraud.

          Wait and see...truth

payback time for samsung..all the cheating, copying and sending out people on their payroll to bad mouth HTC one (original one) on websitesback then ...time for a payback..

i have at the moment note 5 and HTC M8...i dont use the note as much as it is for work..im planning to replace M8 with HTC 10..i prefer HTC because of battery life (funny) and because of blink feed which is a must for me being a bit of news junky..

samsung has better screen ofcourse and cameras are comparable nowadays..HTC however boasts a better sound..

although im a note owner im kinda enjoying all the bad press those punks are receiving..

                          if this is true.

They might have to force all note 7 users to place their phone in a ziplock bag filled with water.. Hey, at least thats useful to have their waterproof feature.

Listen, I do understand people getting all defensive with the Note7. It is a GREAT PHONE to you. It is a rare occurrence. But this isn't about your personal enjoyment with the phone. This is about the safety of yourself and anyone around you. This is a public transportation scare.

The less people buy this phone, the less chances of this wildfire spreading across the world. Less Note7 owners equals more safety. So exchange it for another phone. You will be doing yourself and everyone else a favor. People need to let go of their personal, selfish pride with this phone.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Exchange it and get a safer phone to use. Less potential harm with less people owning this phone during public transits. You are not only thinking about yourself but for everyone's safety.

Fake. The owner has admitted it was a hoax.

Fake. No Note7 ever caught fire while turned off. Isnt that the main reason Samsung urged all old Note7 users to switch off their phone. So, that the phone dont explode! And secondly, why does all the Note7 explosion always, I mean literally ALWAYS explode in a plane. Very fishy indeed. Why it didnt explode somewhere else more frequently where phone are more commonly used like in the office or at home. It always explode in the plane. Hmm. They are obviously trying to sabotage Samsung.
