Anyway, why does anybody care about who's copy who. At the end of the day, it will only benefits us, the consumer. We will see a healthy competition between two of the best smartphone companies and it will benifits us, A LOT, by having multiple choices when buying a smartphone.

I love both companies. What I hate is the fanboys that come with.

Samsung fanboy are annoying (bragging about Samsung's product and always bashing in Apple article)

but Apple fanboy are the worse (mocking android users and always bragging how iPhone is superior from Samsung in everything even though thats obviously not the case)

      That's quite a bold statement and is incorrect because you forget that the Note 8 will probably have all those proposed specs listed and due to a later release that year a higher rated processor and ram! Also given the fiasco with the Note 7 they will really have to pull out the stops to recover lost consumers and reintroduce people's trust in there brand.

      Also dare I say this especially after I fell for the all hype of Steve Jobs last project the iPhone 5 which turned into a dull absolutely nothing. Apples 10th anniversary of the IPhone is next year so I'm sure they will be trying to release something spectacular! Although I would never ever go back to Apple!

The fingerprint sensorswere horrible and despite what some sung-fans say they still arent good, all the fancy revolutionary features launched in Note 2 and S4 were defective and/or useless and had to be turend off, even reputed android websites like AA said it. From there, it went further downhills, with the region lock that still makes samsung devices bricks. They are reaching new lows all the time, and still it gets worse, incredible.

                    This early to call shots and still months ahead of the unveiling or release. Now, I'd be patiently waiting for some other mobile maker to beat Samsung to the all-screen front punch within about 3-4 months, whether a rendered concept or an abrupt release of a finalized product.
                    I do remember when Note7's 6GB RAM variant was late to the party when some other phone makers have already released theirs.
                    Regarding copying, if Samsung is intentionally infringing on patents or licenses on these new implementations, some company would have sued already. Nothing is copied until someone sues

                        as usual copycat samesung...after apple added the non clickable home button and dual cameras...samesung just copies whatever apple do with their phones...samesung never comes up with something genuine on their own!

                              The biggest ratio screen to body was from Sharp. I think Samsung can make better phone 99% screen to to body ratio so all the buttons and speakers to be on side... And I am still waiting for that kind of phone :)

                                Something they're planning on adding, is a battery sensor, when it goes over 101 Degrees, it'll automatically call for the fire service and gives it's location before exploding.

                                    It's great that there won't be a physical home button, but a clean version of Android is also needed for the purists amongst us. Long live the greatest phone ever...Moto X 1st gen!

                                      Atlast we can have the New S8 without that physical cloggy button. Thanks to Samsung for making this move. Let the finger print scanner sit beside the HRM and Dual Tone Flash. And Another Welcome Thing: Dual Rear Cameras.

                                      Hopefully the Battery capacity might be somewhere around 4,000mAh, Dual Edge SAMOLED Touchscreen, 64GB 4GB Standard for Storage and RAM Respectively. A Multicolour Status LED to indicate Power, Charging, Signal Strength, Notifications, Fingerprint Authentication. A 6" Screen. Nano SIM cum MicroSD Slot. Near IR Rays may damage sight, so I say NO to Iris Scanner, even when it was innovative.

                                        I believe Home button will stay, it's the signature landmark of every Galaxy phone since the beginning (except Galaxy Nexus).
