Symbian^3 may be capable of recording at 1080p but theres no device out so far that does it. Even the N8 only records at 720p @25 fps. For a fanboy you sure are a failure. You even resort to using profanity and telling people they're idiots because they don't have experience using Symbian^3 yet you don't even know of it's capabilities. Blah blah blah symbian^3 can do this can do that, doesn't matter what it CAN do, Nokia doesn't implement and that is the point. Symbian^3 can travel through time, can watch your kids for you, can even wash the dishes while you watch TV! But, no devices Nokia has out is using the resolution you mention so its moot.

I doubt your boss is paying you to sit around and show updates on football matches on your phone. Like I mentioned before this 4 speaker set up is just a useless feature. In public it'd be an annoyance to your fellow commuters, people who just want to have lunch, or people who are just relaxing. At home you'd most likely have an awesome home theatre system, large ass tv if you can afford a $500 mobile phone. At work? Don't you have computers at work/school? Why would you need 4 speakers to keep your buddies up to date on a foot ball match? Unless you're gonna show them a replay, in which case wouldn't a larger computer monitor be more beneficial than say 3-4 guys crowding around your small ass 4" screen?

I know Nokia has a trick within their sleeves, I can sense it. Like Spidey's sense tingling. Its just Nokia has its own pace, but not a revolution behind. Symbian^3 has a lot of room to grow considering this period where updates really improves a phone, A LOT. Even if I am an S40v5 user and other mobile phone users are holding a way better phone than mine, I still put my cents on Nokia's. About the OS? Nokia is still in side with Symbian. Because Symbian is the most tested and stable OS in the past decade. Nokia will not waste their rep on a new OS thats crappy at buggy.

Sorry, but that is just fanboy response. Headphones are important, but so are good speakers.

When people make bad remarks at symbian OS makes me sad.......
They absolutley have no clue what are thay talking about..... Sigh.......
The problem is not the core OS coz symbian is one of the most functional complete operating system out there. It's can do perfect mutiny tasking and gave rise to all the other OS. The problem is the UI, but that will change in 2011 coz nokia will bring continous updates for symbian3 to 4.

As far as we can guess that cable might as well be a micro USB...
And I see that there is more than 3 home screen or unlimited? Take a good look at the home screen you will notice the current home screen indicating on the left while the e7 is on the middle. Do check out youtube for the x7 in action and you can see when the person swipe the home screen more than 3 times

Right now the market is full with compelling high-end smartphones. 2010 was the due year for Nokia to launch something mind-blowing. I like Nokia but they need to evolve and I know they can, they already have the tools, e.g. Maemo (Meego) and the technical experience.
