Samsung probably had whole mountain of note 7 body / shells ready for production and assembling .... and now after discontinuing Note 7 sold those to Huawei for cheap price...

That they were one of the first doesn't mean they have a patent as to how a phone should and shouldn't look. If your claim is correct then SONY should have sued all OEMS with waterproofing and dust proofing after 2013 as they were the first to implement

                that's definitely something to look for ^_^
                i've never being a truly fan of Huawei (nor a hater for that matter) but i almost bought the P9 Lite but it was out of stock from my carrier so went for A5 2016 no complaints whatsoever but i wanted to try the P9 Lite for a change :)
