Exclusivity will only lead to more problems in the future. Cause if they do that then they will lose other people trust since the people suing are not doing anything wrong. Samsung is in the wrong position.

AnonD-424566, 19 Oct 2016Well, suprise suprise, who would of thought it,note series i... moreIt turned bad with Note 5. So good riddance I say.

Just add wacom support to Galaxy S series and be done with it... after all the two series were not that different anymore.

If that happens, then the pen can be sold as an accessory. No need to have a whole new series just to add an accessory.

The Note series used to be so much more than just the pen, once they decided to make it "just the pen" I say good riddance that the series go "bye bye"

They sold you a phone that blows up and they don't take it back?! Nevermind the fact they didn't even know what the heck was wrong with the device and just re-shipped them with new batteries while crossing their fingers that it was the problem... This company is a multi-billion dollar company. Let that sink in.

Are they seriously seeking 267 bucks per person? And 38 people are suing? Just settle the $10k... this wont ever make it to court

And all the Shitsung fanboys screaming that it was an Apple conspiracy! Now their own local suckers are suing.... Serves them right failing to do a proper quality check....

Good riddance, they had it coming. Even if it's not a lot of cash, that people are asking for, it's another negative PR issue adding to the growing pile of disappointment, and in the long run it'll probably hurt more.

Quick refunds in the beginning were naturally to hush up an issue which then spread and could not be contained.

Shamesung wants both but profits. It doesn't care about customers. Predictably, the Samsheep cannot accept this fact.
